NIESV Lagos State Branch Pays a Courtesy Visit to the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development
Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Lagos State Branch Pays a Courtesy Visit to the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
In a bid to strengthen professional relationships through collaboration with critical real estate stakeholders in Lagos State, the Chairman of NIESV, Lagos State branch, ESV. Gbenga Ismail FNIVS led other members of the Executive Committee on a collaborative visit to the office of the Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development on Monday, 29th January, 2024.
The Chairman appreciated the Permanent Secretary for the opportunity to visit the ministry. He emphasized the importance of having a working relationship with the ministry, recognizing that their work is intertwined. This is so because one creates value through physical and urban planning while the other markets the value created. He stressed the need for continuous communication and engagement that will enhance the sharing of ideas as well as relevant industry data and research.
Responding, the Permanent Secretary warmly welcomed the Institution, expressing gratitude for the visit. He expressed the ministry’s readiness to collaborate with the institution and will look forward to more future engagements as critical stakeholders in the built industry.
The meeting ends with the presentation of NIESV Souvenir to the Permanent Secretary and his team, followed by taking group pictures and in attendance were the following EXCO members, and secretariat staff:
